Creative Coaching Program to Awaken Your Muse

You know you have been meaning to pull out those painting tools. That poetry journal. To sing, or act or dance. But something has been in the way. Time, toddlers, tears. So many variables in life can put the part of you that craves creative expression - in a dark corner. To collect cobwebs and dust. This course can offer you the inspiration to bring out, bit by bit, the parts that have been denied. 
 
Your muse deserves a seat at the table. To not be enslaved by your not good enough voice. Or dominated by your ego. Your muse is a sacred part of yourself that carries divine, alchemic energy and has every right to come into the light. 
 
Whether it is just for you or to jump start something bigger that was over run in the past, this course will start up the fire in the belly and carve out of life, your moments. Through one on one coaching we will dive into the dedication, self deception, and future exaltation, that needs it's moment to give you the drive to not only start, but keep going. Creation lives within each of us. In life It is massaged out of us and something is taken from us that leaves us with less critical thinking skills. Everything is connected and there is a reason for the arts beyond experiencing it from the observer point of view. If it isn't dancing maybe it is cooking. Life itself is an expression of creation. Let's get our hands dirty and bring you to life again.  The arts are good for your heart, your nervous system, and your brain.
 
You can do one hour at a time or purchase multiple sessions. That is up to you. Recommended is at least 4 sessions to get you really started as we will be in a motivation stage and then a keep it up phase.
