This will be a creative time brainstorming fun ways to spend the weekend home doing budget friendly things that make you feel like a tourist! Coming up with themes that take you out of the country but keep you in the neighborhood! There will be mandala coloring while we chat to soothe the system and create fun ways of tracking our self care. Creativity is an antidote to burn out and the blues.
