There will be notes on soothing techniques for the body that can be implemented if life has been like a marathon run for others. There are deeper reasons behind our overwhelm. Our reasons for saying yes or reaching for more until we face burn out are more complex than just the grind. 

 

If you are looking to create more space in your life for yourself, or to not feel guilty for saying no then this is a great program for you. With one on one conversations via phone or zoom we tackle the dynamics around the resentment. The exhaustion. The slippery side of yourself that seems to want to prove that you got this. Believe me. I have been there and the hyper focus or yes, yes, yes, put me in a place that left me messy. My life was messy. I thought I was in control but the truth was, my life had control of me. It wasn't even my life anymore.

This course is 6 weeks, one hour per week. If you can dedicate 1 hour a week to peeking behind the curtain, I can provide you some common sense tools and you can find your peace of mind.
