This coaching call is all about claiming your mind. Freeing your mind. Soothing your mind. We will talk about the ways in which you can structure yourself in this new world of chaos and ground in with resilience and double down on self care. Not in a hard way- but a compassionate one. We have big energy driving the bus these days and you want to know you can take care of yourself and your loved ones. That means doing what you need to do to take care of your habits and self soothing. Making sure you are heading towards self reliance, not self soothing driving you off a cliff.
Breaking and creating habits takes about 6 weeks. Through creating custom daily ritual and routine I am here to help you stay on task while checking with where you see yourself heading. I know you know what you are doing. But right now, having someone there as an accountability partner really helps. Letting yourself off the hook gets easy when the daily message out there is looking tougher than you have faced. You can continue to love your life despite what you see and having someone to talk to and help you ground in is a great way to keep the stress off of your friends and family. This is not therapy. It is a way to talk about what is on your mind, how to rewire your thoughts for the week, how to plan out and hold your accountability for your week and get to the next one. It can be really exciting to see the results after the consistency and compassionate release has been prioritized. And I am here for it. I am here for you. Whether it's taking on aging parents, balancing work and kids, feeling isolated and alone, being over whelmed by world events, or just needing a place to land once a week I am the person that wants to walk the journey with you.

This is a 6 week course which includes a one hour session once a week through phone or through zoom. Focusing on where you are focusing. And how to keep that focus on the path that leads to your best lived life.
